Council Meeting Highlights

Highlights of Church Council Meetings on June 19 and June 30, 2008

Discussed issues regarding real estate property owned by Christ Lutheran at 1515 Robbins, 1517 Robbins, and 1522 Cron.

Voted to add property at 1515 Robbins to the property management contract with Leonard Wakefield.

Reviewed a proposed Policy for Fund Raisers Door Collections and Memorials for Individuals. This policy will be presented to the voters on July 27, 2008.

The Evangelism Committee (and Each One Reach One) continues to plan and to offer special events, including a Family Fishing Day and a Bingo/Games night in June.

Discussed plans by Christian Education to offer VBS in mid-July and Youth events in June and August that will include grades 6-12.
